Delivery

We will post within 2 days of receiving payment. All items are posted 1st class.  If you need it to be sent for next day delivery, please contact us. Standard postage is FREE.

 

We aim to recycle all packaging especially boxes and wrap. We wrap all items in coloured tissue paper or bubble wrap if needed.

 

All our items for sale are second hand therefore previously loved. We will describe any flaws in the description but if you expect totally perfect then maybe vintage is not for you. We love vintage ourselves and therefore we will only sell items in a condition that we would be prepared to display/use in our home. We wash and press all items before sending.

We offer a full refund if you are not happy, for any reason, with your items. 

All we ask is that you contact us within 7 days and return the item back in its original packaging to us. We will refund your money minus the return postage.

If the item is faulty or damaged in the post, let us know! We will refund your money plus the return postage costs.

We are happy to post worldwide. Please contact us before buying and we will give you a quote.

We are always out looking for new stock and we have loads of great vintage in our stockroom that isn't currently listed, so if there is something you want but can't find, just let us know! We are more than happy to source products for you and your home. Just let us know what you are looking for via the Contact Us tab and we will try our best to help. Please provide as much info as possible as well as a photo/picture, then describe the colour, size, era and manufacturer and just leave it to us. We can even help if you're not quite sure of the exact item but have a style in mind or the perfect space for it to be displayed.

We hire out our lovely vintage crockery for events and parties. Just click on the Hire tab in the menu bar for all terms and conditions.

We offer a wedding list service on all products on the website. Click on the Contact Us tab and let us know the date and location of your wedding. We can then discuss how it all works in a lot more detail! Your guests will be able to buy your chosen presents which we will wrap and deliver to your chosen location. Then all you need to do, is unwrap your goodies and start to enjoy Your Vintage Life!

Vintage clothing sizes are different from modern clothing.

We estimate the size but also add the true measurements. These are with the item lying flat, measuring one side only.

Please check your own clothes against the measurements rather than your body dimensions.
