This is a vintage dressing table set dating from the 1940s. It is really pretty and will look stunning on Your Vintage Dressing Table.
It consists of a handheld mirror, a handheld brush and a smaller clothes brush. They all have a really pretty design: embroidery cross stitch of a pink rose, blue forget-me-nots, bluebells and white daisies with yellow middles. These are all on a cream material. The embroidery is then covered in a clear film to protect it.
They all have a gold metal edge and the 2 handheld pieces have an ornate scalloped handle also in the gold. The 2 brush bristles are made from a thick plastic and are both set on a light wood base.
They are in great condition. There are 2 age spots on the handheld brush. Some of the gold metal has some tarnish from age. The bristles on the clothes brush have some very slight dark marks again from age.
The handheld mirror measures 13" tall and 5" wide. The handheld brush measures 10" tall and 3.5" wide. The clothes brush measures 6" tall and 2" wide.
