This is a record rack dating from the 1950s. It could be used for your filing though! It has a teak base with metal arches for the records. These are covered in a cord. It has numbers down the side.

It is made by Plattofix.

It's in good condition but the cord has come off the wire at both ends.

 

It measures 13" wide and 7" tall.
